- installing, starting and implementing the functional tests of the various instrumentation;
- organizing and planning audits and preventive maintenance;
- providing technical assistance in case of failure and anomalies;
- providing adequate technical training to the customer’s operators;
- drawing up periodic reports on the activities carried out at customer’s;
- coordinating, with the customer, the technical specifications to support the subsequent action of the commercial roles;
- interacting with the sales area and with the research and development area of the company.
